  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Upload copyrighted material you don't own
  • Reverse engineer source code

User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

By uploading audio files to SyncBeats, you represent that you own or have rights to the content. You grant us a license to store and transmit it.

You are solely responsible for uploaded content. We do not monitor user content. Do not upload copyrighted material unless you have permission.

Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SyncBeats does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly synchronized at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, SyncBeats shall not be liable for lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
